To receive your saliva test please add it to your shopping cart, put our details into the form provided and either send a cheque for $83.13 or pay by internet banking
($5 for the postage and $28.13 to do the test and $50 for the consultation)
Included in this consultation is 1hr phone consultation with lise to go through your symptoms and what you need, your saliva test and postage.
The process:
1. You will receive a saliva test which has to be sent to the lab using the pre paid postage included in the pack.
2. Lise will get the saliva levels send through to her for follow up, then make an appointment with you to go through the results and do a one hour consultation to go through a comprehensive questionnaire and medical history
