WHEN AND WHERE DO I APPLY IT?

The cream is most effective when used twice a day, morning and night on non fatty parts of the body, and rotated as not to over saturate the same area.
Eg. Face, back of hands, neck, shoulders, upper body, anywhere that is non fatty.
It is important according to Dr John Lee MD, to give the body a rest from the cream as based on clinical experience receptors will up regulate if given a rest.

Pre Menstrual for PMS and Post Natal anxiety/depression
The general rule for application is that if you are still menstruating to use it two out of the four weeks, the two weeks following your first period which is classed as day one.
From Day 12-26 apply one gram of 20mg Progesterone twice a day, after three months this can be reduced to half the amount depending on the saliva test results and how you are feeling. (50 grams twice a day.)
Repeat saliva testing three/ four months.
Late Menopause or post menopausal
If you no longer have periods then it can be used for three weeks with one week off.
Progesterone 20mg applied twice a day 1-25 days of the month.
Depending on response reduce to half the amount after three months. (50 grams twice a day.)
Repeat saliva testing three/four months.

A woman knows her own body best so she tends to gauge her own needs and work with the cream based on how she is feeling.
It is important not to over use the cream which can defeat the purpose of its effectiveness.
This is because  transferral progesterone if used in high amounts can over accumulate/over saturate the body creating extremely high levels of the hormone.
If this occurs it is my recommendation to stop the cream and take another saliva test in four/six months.
Delivering the substance thought the skin is know as transferral.
It is absorbed through the skin into the underlying fat layer, where it diffuses into the capillaries permeating the fat and is taken up slowly by the blood.
It circulates within seconds and reaches its peak in about three to four hours.
It works best to use the cream twice a day to mimic how your  own body functions.
